Widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, environmental protection, etc., for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of feed liquids. Circular or square membrane cells of different sizes can be customized according to experimental requirements.

Product Features

1. The equipment is equipped with a data recording system that can simultaneously record the design temperature, pressure, raw water conductivity, permeate liquid conductivity, and permeate liquid weight. You can use a USB flash drive for data copying and connect to a computer for data detection. The data can be output to a table for analysis and summary.

2. The pump adopts a pressure sensing system, which can set the highest pressure and achieve automatic overpressure protection, ensuring safe and reliable use.

3. The pump adopts a temperature sensing system, which can set the maximum pressure and achieve automatic protection against overheating, ensuring safe and reliable use.

4. The equipment is equipped with a conductivity detection system, which can detect the conductivity of the original solution and the permeate at any time.

5. The equipment adopts an automatic collection system for the permeate liquid. After the conductivity detection of the permeate liquid is completed, the liquid enters the weighing system through the pipeline. The collection and discharge time of the permeate can be set according to requirements, or the discharge can be set according to the weight of the permeate.
