This technical solution describes a design scheme and equipment for clarifying and filtering seaweed sugar solution. The system includes one set of M61 * 6 Ceramic membrane filter unit, which is used for clarification and filtration of feed liquid and obtaining qualified products. This scheme is designed based on the production data of Ceramic membrane and our successful experience in applying membrane filtration technology to various industrial production for many years, so as to successfully complete the set processing tasks.
During the production process, the membrane may be contaminated by the filtrate to be filtered. In order to restore the filtration performance of the membrane, the equipment needs to be cleaned in place after each production batch.
1. Host
① The system adopts an integrated structural design and a pry mounted structure, with no sanitary dead corners on the equipment surface that meet GMP requirements;
② The system is equipped with a security filter to prevent damage to the membrane core caused by the mixing of foreign materials;
③ The system is equipped with instruments such as flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature, etc., which can achieve online monitoring of various parameters, system protection, and alarm;
④ The system is equipped with a CIP online cleaning system, which can achieve one click cleaning of the system. The batch cleaning time of the system does not exceed 2 hours (depending on the specific project situation);
⑤ The main equipment, except for the sealing parts, is made of SUS304 stainless steel material.
2. Membrane components, membrane components
The membrane filtration system adopts Bona high-quality Ceramic membrane element with strong anti pollution ability, stable flux and easy cleaning.
3. Pump machine
① The feed pump adopts a domestically produced high-quality multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, which uses a frequency converter to start and control to provide pressure and external circulation flow for the membrane components. The pump provides high pressure, small volume, and reliable and stable performance;
② The circulation pump adopts domestic high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump, and the frequency converter startup control provides pressure and internal circulation flow rate (membrane surface flow rate) for the membrane components. The pump provides large flow rate, stable and reliable operation, and strong corrosion resistance.
4. Tank body
The system needs to be equipped with one 2000L cleaning solution tank, and pre piped pipes, valves, reserved holes, etc. should be designed according to production and automation control needs.
5. Seals
Based on years of relevant engineering experience and pilot tests conducted by Bona Company, sanitary grade VMQ materials are used for sealing between system pipelines and valves, and PTFE+EPDM is used for sealing membrane components, which are acid and alkali resistant and can ensure the sealing stability and safety of the system.
6. Instrument
The membrane filtration system is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow, and liquid level sensors, matched with on-site display of pressure and temperature instruments.
7. Recoil system
The membrane filtration system is equipped with an automatic backwash system, which can automatically backwash online during operation, ensuring long-term and stable operation of the membrane filtration system, reducing the decay rate of membrane flux, prolonging usage time, and improving single batch production.
8. System security
The system monitors all safety related parameters in real-time operation, and takes corresponding actions or automatically shuts down protection and beeps alarms according to different situations. The alarm information accurately records the fault location and cause, and the alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button, which stops the system immediately when pressed, and enters standby mode when reset.
One circulating pump, one feeding pump, one slag discharge pump, one cleaning tank, two material tanks, one set of backwashing system, six sets of membrane components, 366 membrane components, two flow meters, three pressure transmitters, one temperature transmitter, three liquid level transmitters, two pressure gauges, one control system, two security filters, equipment racks, valves, connecting clamps and their connections.
