Product Introduction

The Ceramic membrane pilot filtration system (BNCM3-2-M) can replace Ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF) with different pore sizes, and is widely used in the fields of biology, pharmacy, food, chemical industry, environmental protection, etc. It is used for the separation, purification, clarification, sterilization and other process experiments of feed liquid. It can replace traditional processes such as plate and frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, diatomaceous earth filtration, etc. It can reduce the amount of activated carbon used for decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency of resin adsorption, and extend the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin. The Ceramic membrane filtration separation technology has the advantages of fast filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operation cost, long service life, etc.

Product Features

1. The system adopts an integrated structural design and a pry mounted structure, with no sanitary dead corners on the equipment surface that meet GMP requirements;

2. The system is equipped with a security filter to prevent damage to the membrane core caused by the mixing of foreign materials;

3. Set up a heat exchanger to control the temperature of materials in the system through external circulating cooling water;

4. Equipped with pressure, temperature and other instruments, it can achieve online monitoring, system protection, and alarm.

5. The systems are equipped with automatic protection devices and emergency stop buttons. When pressed, the equipment immediately stops, and when reset, the equipment enters standby mode;

6. If the inlet pressure is higher than the set value (parameters can be adjusted, such as setting 0.5MPa), the system will automatically stop and alarm when protected;

7. When the material temperature is higher than the upper limit set value or lower than the lower limit set value (the upper and lower limit parameters can be adjusted), the system will automatically shut down and alarm under protection.
